Our History
Founded in 1992 by Dr Simon Mkhatshwa
Cefups Academy was established in 1992 by Dr Simon Mkhatshwa with a clear conviction: that a rigorous, values-driven education could make a remarkable impact on the lives of young South Africans, the SADC community and beyond.
More than thirty years later, that founding purpose still guides us. Learners arrive from across South Africa, Eswatini, Mozambique and Zimbabwe, and leave as young adults equipped for university and for life.

Our Campus
A serene farm, 11km from Nelspruit
Our campus lies on a working farm on the road toward White River, surrounded by evergreen macadamia orchards. It is quiet, safe and utterly conducive to learning — far from the distractions of town, yet minutes from Mbombela.
Classrooms, boarding houses, sports fields and dining hall sit within walking distance of one another, creating a close-knit community where nobody is anonymous.
