How to Apply

Complete the enquiry form below or call the admissions office to discuss your child's needs, our programme and available places.

By appointment
Visit the campus
Book a guided tour to meet staff, walk the grounds and see the boarding houses your child would call home.

Two terms before entry
Submit an application
Download the application form, complete it in full and return it with the required supporting documents.

Within 3 weeks of applying
Assessment & interview
Learners write a placement assessment in English and Mathematics and meet with the principal together with their parents.

Within 10 working days
Offer & acceptance
Successful applicants receive a written offer. A signed acceptance and deposit secure the place.

Before the first term
Enrolment & orientation
Finalise boarding arrangements, uniform and fees, then join our orientation programme for new learners.

Fee Structure 2026
Boarding fees for the 2026 academic year
The full fee schedule — including registration, boarding, per-term and monthly options, and Grade 12 levies — is available to download below. All figures are inclusive of boarding, meals and academic support.
Payment conditions
- The non-refundable deposit is payable with the application form and is forfeited if the learner is withdrawn after registration.
- Tuition is paid in monthly instalments from January to October, on the first of each month.
- Tuition fees do not cover textbooks, stationery or uniform.
- If a learner is withdrawn before the end of the academic year, the full year's fees remain payable.
- EFT is preferred — email proof of payment to cefupsacademy@gmail.com or admin@cefups.co.za using the learner's name and surname as reference.
Fees are payable at the Nelspruit campus office or by EFT. Banking details appear on the downloadable fee structure.
